Track my order
As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery step by step.
- Order confirmed: you receive a confirmation email right after your purchase.
- Preparation: your order is prepared within 1–2 days.
- Shipping: you receive the shipping email with your tracking number.
- Delivery: allow 6–10 working days after shipping.
Where can I find my tracking number?
In the shipping email (remember to check your spam and “Promotions” folders), or in your customer account, under Orders.
My order arrives in several parcels
This is rare, but possible if you ordered several items. Each parcel then has its own tracking number.
