30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item, for any reason (wrong size, change of mind…). This period includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal provided for by article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming item

If your item is defective, damaged on arrival or does not match its description (style, colour, size, material), write to us at bonjour@doucechaleur.com with your order number and a photo. We will send you a new item or give you a full refund (item and shipping costs), as you prefer. You pay nothing.

You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

How to return an item

  1. Write to us at bonjour@doucechaleur.com stating your order number and the item concerned. You can also use the withdrawal form below.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of your request to: Douce Chaleur – 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris, France.
  3. The item must be in perfect condition: not worn outdoors, clean, with no odour or signs of wear. Of course, you can try it on at home, just as you would in a shop.

Return costs

For a return due to size or a change of mind, return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend a tracked service. For a defective, damaged or non-conforming item, the return is entirely at our expense.

Refund

We refund the full price of the item, with no deductions, using the same payment method as for the order, within 14 days at most. We may wait until we have received the item (or proof of its dispatch) before refunding.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt and return your entire order, we also refund the original shipping costs.
